Three-phase EI sheet production requirements and processing technology

The three-phase EI sheet products can effectively improve the stable use performance of the equipment and are excellent products that effectively improve the voltage safety control of the products. The product is usually within one millimeter in thickness, and a certain amount of silicon is added therein to increase the iron's resistivity and maximum magnetic permeability, and reduce the coercivity, core loss (iron loss) and magnetic aging. It is mainly used to make iron cores for various transformers, motors and generators.

 

According to the amount of silicon contained in it, the three-phase EI core can be mainly divided into two kinds of low silicon and high silicon. Under normal circumstances, low-silicon wafers contain 2.8% or less silicon, which has a certain mechanical strength and is mainly used to make motors. The high silicon content of silicon is 2.8%-4.8%. It has good magnetic properties, but it is relatively brittle. It is mainly used for manufacturing transformer cores. However, there is no obvious connection between the two in practical applications. High-silicon wafers are often used to make large motors.

 

The production process of three-phase EI sheets can also be mainly divided into hot-rolling and cold-rolling. In comparison, the cold rolled sheet obtained in the latter process has uniform thickness, good surface quality, and high magnetic properties. Therefore, this production process is also gradually applied.

 

The production process of the three-phase EI sheet is relatively complicated, and at the same time, the manufacturing technology requirements for the three-phase EI sheet are also very strict. Therefore, in the actual production, the production process of the three-phase EI core has a relatively high level of technology.
