The hot-rolled single-phase EI sheet is mainly used for the manufacture of generators, but the availability of this process is low and is gradually taken by other processes.


The other is a cold-rolled non-oriented single-phase EI sheet produced by a cold rolling process. The silicon content is 0.5% to 3.0%. After cold rolling to the finished thickness, the supply specifications are mostly 0.35mm and 0.5mm thick. . The Bs of cold-rolled non-oriented silicon steel is higher than that of oriented silicon steel.


Compared with hot-rolled silicon steel, this type of single-phase EI sheet product not only has a uniform thickness, but also has a higher dimensional accuracy and a smoother surface, thereby increasing the fill factor and the magnetic properties of the material. Another type is called cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet. Compared with the cold-rolled non-oriented silicon steel, the oriented silicon steel has a strong directionality in magnetic properties; it has superior high magnetic permeability and low loss characteristics in the easy magnetization rolling direction.


In addition, there is a process called high-inductance cold-rolling process. The oriented single-phase EI products produced by this process are mainly used in various transformers, chokes and other electromagnetic components in the telecommunications and instrumentation industries. manufacture. This single-phase EI sheet is usually made using a thin strip of 0.05-0.20 mm.
