EI transformer rated power, rated voltage and voltage ratio

In the process of operation, EI transformer is mainly used for voltage conversion. When used, it can be based on the law of electromagnetic induction. Under normal circumstances, the inductor coil will be used in electronic circuits. According to its Lenz's law, the former generally has two One or three windings, the primary winding and the secondary winding, for the step-up transformer, the primary winding has a small number of turns, a large diameter, a large number of secondary windings and a fine wire diameter. The step-down transformer is opposite to the primary winding. The number of multi-wire diameter is fine, the number of secondary turns is small, and the diameter of the secondary turns is widely used as a power source in various electrical appliances.

EI transformer inductance coil basically used in two aspects in the electronic circuit

1. EI transformer and capacitor resistance for the waveform generation circuit or frequency selection circuit.

2. EI transformers are used as smoothers in series circuits where the current is large and the ripple is large. There are many other occasions, such as the ballast in the fluorescent lamp, which is based on the principle that the current at the two ends of the inductor cannot be changed when the current change rate is too high, and a high reverse electromotive force can be generated.

1. EI transformers are classified according to the cooling method: dry (self-cooling) transformers, oil-immersed (self-cooling) transformers, and fluoride (evaporative cooling) transformers.

2. EI transformers are classified by moisture-proof mode: open transformers, potted transformers, and sealed transformers.

3. According to core or coil structure classification: core type transformer (insert core, C type core, ferrite core), shell type transformer (insert core, C type core, ferrite core ), toroidal transformers, metal foil transformers.
