Material and structural characteristics of ultra-thin UI silicon steel iron core

The ultra-thin UI silicon steel iron core is made of a thin silicon chip, which generates an induced current under the action of a current magnetic field. If the iron core piece is too thick, it will have a skin effect. In order to reduce the skin effect, the thinner the silicon steel sheet is made, the better the silicon steel sheet is.

The thickness of ultra-thin UI silicon steel sheets currently used for core manufacturing is usually between 0.3 and 0.5 (amorphous alloys may be around 0.025 thickness). Optional material thickness is 0.05, 0.08, 0.10mm ultra-thin silicon steel sheet, 0.23, 0.27, 0.30mm ordinary or high magnetic induction Hi-B silicon steel sheet.

In the transformer, the main structural feature of the ultra-thin UI silicon steel iron core is that the two halves are combined to form a closed magnetic circuit, and an open structure is formed at this time. The coil can be made separately from the iron  core to shorten the production schedule. The specification range will also be customized according to the international series or customer requirements to meet the various specifications of customers.
