Single phase core transformer is composed of four silicon steel sheet rectangular rings. The core of the iron core is cylindrical and can be in two structures. The single phase core transformer can be wound by a silicon steel strip according to its cross-sectional shape, which makes the process simple; there is no interface in the iron core, which can reduce magnetic leakage; the core has a high duty factor; In the transformer, the diameter of the coil can be reduced, so that the length of the copper wire is shortened and the internal resistance is reduced, thereby reducing the energy consumption of the transformer itself.

The single phase core transformer includes a box body, oil poured into the tank body, a core placed in the box body, a primary coil winding wound on the iron core, and a secondary coil winding. The iron core is composed of a long strip of guide tape wound into a closed magnet guide loop, and two straight straight bobbins are arranged in the magnet guide loop; the primary coil winding and the secondary coil winding are divided into two groups, each set of primary coil windings and The secondary coil winding is wound on a bobbin of the magnetizer.

The two sets of primary coil windings and secondary coil windings have two connection forms: one is a set of primary coil windings in series, and one end of the two sets of secondary coil windings is grounded to form a single-phase three-wire outlet. This type of effect works best when the transformer is primarily aimed at reducing line losses. Second, the two sets of primary coil windings are connected in parallel, and the two sets of secondary coil windings are separated to form a single-phase double-split winding. This type of effect works best when the transformer is primarily aimed at improving reliability.
